There are an estimated 100,000 acres of land in this region under vine, all cooled by the marine effect of the Pacific Ocean. This marine effect cools the vines at night after the heat of the day, extending the ripening period and enabling wine makers to produce wines that are incredible values for the price. This is a light and easy-drinking style Pinot Noir. Coastal Vines is an excellent value label and the Pinot Noir is always our biggest seller. Enjoy the rich Cherry on the nose and the smooth finish. Pair this with lighter fare like pork, poultry and seafood steaks if you always like a red with dinner even if it happens to be a traditional white wine food.
