Mini Cheese Balls (Kathy Grace)



Mini Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

4 cups (16 oz) Irish Green Wax cheddar shredded
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
4 oz crumbled Royal Blue Stilton or Maytag Blue
4 oz Dodoni Greek Feta cheese
1 tb. white Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups finely chopped pecans

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 6 ingredients. Process until smooth. Chill for 1 hour, if necessary. Shape into 1-inch balls, roll in nuts. Cover and chill until serving time.
